Heavy Will of Fate
A downloadable game for Windows
Inspired by classic role-playing games such as Dragon Quest and Pokémon, Heavy Will of Fate is the story of a man’s struggle with fate. After learning of a prophecy foretelling the apocalypse, players set out on a quest to gather powerful artifacts that promise salvation. Along the way, players will discover their role in the world and uncover sinister schemes that shed light on a growing conspiracy. With a myriad of weapons, spells, and hats, as well as three continents to explode, adventure awaits!
In the future, I plan to add the following:
- More Weapons/Spells/Hats
- A continuation of the main story
- A full soundtrack
- Multiple Endings
- PvP Battles (This is a hard maybe, I've never done multiplayer, but I might give it a shot)
Thank you to all who play this early version, I look forward to reading your positive feedback and scathing critiques!

Yikes, so I picked Glass Cannon and I get 1 shot against starter monsters.
Can't get past the first area outside the town.
Congratulations and great game by the way! It also feels good seeing how you created this with GameMaker.
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I made Glass Cannon as a class for more experienced players to challenge themselves after they get used to the mechanics. I recommend starting out with Balanced or Lightweight for new players :)
